Catalan choreographer and stage director he has the precisely timed legs of a Lippizaner and the irresistible appeal of a carrousel.

He is trained in ballet, contemporary dance and various drama techniques (Stanislavski, Physical Theatre, Clown, Masque Neutre, Mime…) and he was Guest Dancer at Folkwang Hoschchule Essen.

Since 1988 his artistic development is influence by several trainings in: by Technique and Aspects & Emotional Analysis of Communication on Process, CNV, Ways To Managing Conflicts, AT with the coach-therapist François-Xavier Randour; by Limón technique with Michou Swennen; by Feldendrais technique with Sylvie Storme; by “Chaînes Musculaires” technique with Alain D’Ursel.

Jordi has collaborated in more than 25 different productions with: Thierry Smits, Mossoux-Bonte, Michèle Noiret, Maria Clara Villa Lobos, Zeca Nunes, Ron Bunzl, Feri De Geus, Gonnie Heggen, Alvaro De La Pena, The Chanclettes, Constanza Macras… and he’s realised with more than 300 representations. 

He’s also in dance / physical theatre:

- Coach: creations with l’Espace Catastrophe, Groupe J-Man…

- Improvisation teacher: Summer Studios/Rosas-Parts, HID Lier, Flanders Royal Ballet School, Institut Dalcroze, ESAC (B); Canaldanse Paris; NRW Tanzhaus Dusseldorf, Tanzfabriek and Dock 11 Berlin… and since already 20 years and for all kind of artists in the fields of dance, theatre, street theatre, clown…

With more than 350 representations already done, his creations have been on show in at: Ferme du Buisson (F), Halles De Schaerbeek Brussels, deSingel Antwerpen (B),  Mercat De Les Flors Barcelona (E), Culturgest Lisbon (PT), Berner Tanztage (CH), Julidans Festival (NL)… and maybe soon near you.

His creative horizon reaches further than the world of dance and theatre. Jordi creates movement and makes “move” for and with chamber music ensembles, circus and street theatre companies, video creations and art installations.
